Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you would like to return an item, please contact us for authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Your refund does not include shipping charges previously paid for Canada Post Mail orders, Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Global Express Mail (International orders). The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable, unworn condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full credit refund to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage, wear of product caused by customer or damage during shipping. Once we have received your return, we will refund your purchase and send you an email stating that your return is thus completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please opt for insured parcels. All product exchanges should include the original packaging, tags and invoice and be mailed to the address noted above. Please send us an email right away to specify the style and color or item name you would like to exchange for, so we can place the item on hold for you. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All exchanges must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Order and Delivery

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select. In the even we split your order into more than one shipment, (depending on the availability of each product), your order will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped your product. Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 p.m. local time.

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs, and as such we will inform you which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb will be delivered via Purolator Courier. You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site at www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time. Packages shipped with Purolator can be tracked from their website www.purolator.com or by calling 1-888-744-7123 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting Customer Service at 905.493.2629.
